Carried by ChatErrorEvent.error. Eight values are named. The other five are not:
0, 5 and 9 print the generic chat error in the official client (beta: UNKNOWN,
ALLIANCE, MALFORMED_CONTENT, indistinguishable by behaviour), and 11 and 12 are newer
than beta (12 prints its own text, ui.chat.error.12).
