An actor on your map plays an emote (or stops one): play the named animation on it.
Kind event · Area Game.Emote
Someone on your map, you included, plays an emote.
WHAT TO DO
1. Find the actor actor_id on the map.
2. If emote_id is 0, the actor stopped its emote (for example stood up):
put it back in its normal stance.
3. Otherwise play animation (for example AnimEmoteSit) on it.
It answers your own EmotePlayRequest (same emote id, your actor id), but
it also arrives for every other player's emotes on the map. The client
checks the actor's name and account_id with its social service and does not
play the emote on a match (players you ignore).
Do not send anything back.
