WHAT TO DO
1. remote false: it left YOUR side; true: the other party removed it.
2. Remove the item object_uid from that side.
3. Ignore any other member: the client never reads it.
It is the counterpart of ExchangeObjectsAddedEvent. Do not send anything
back.
