Put a player's account on your ignore list, looked up by character name.
Kind request · Area Game.Social
Ignore a player: their account goes on your ignore list.
TO SEND IT
1. Put the player in IgnoreRequest.player_search, a PlayerSearch: a
character name goes in its by-name branch; an account (nickname#tag) goes in
its by-account branch, nickname and tag apart.
2. Leave every other member unset.
The server answers with IgnoreEvent: the added entry on success, or why it
was refused (not found, yourself, list full, already there).
The client sends it from "Ignore" in a player's context menu, from the ignore box of a party invitation, and from the add box of the contacts panel's ignored tab. Blocking a player is a different request, with the same shape.
