HOW TO SEND IT
1. Set PartyInvitationCancelRequest.party_id to your party's id and
PartyInvitationCancelRequest.guest_id to the guest's PartyGuest.player_id.
2. Wait: the party receives PartyInvitationCancelledEvent; the invited player receives
PartyInvitationCancelledForGuestEvent.
