Where the character stands now in one Kolizeum mode: its rating
(LeagueRanking.rating), its league (LeagueRanking.league_id, which the client
looks up in its arena-league data for the league's name, icon and whether it is the
last league) and its ladder position (LeagueRanking.ladder_position).
Carried by ArenaRank.league_ranking. The three members share one wire type and
move between field numbers; they are named from where the client copies each one. One
build pads the record with a fourth, unread int32.
