WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT
1. Ignore it unless PartyNewGuestEvent.party_id is your party's id
(PartyJoinEvent.party_id).
2. Add PartyNewGuestEvent.guest (PartyGuest) to the party's pending guests.
3. SEND NOTHING BACK.
The declared string list is never read by the client: ignore it.
