Asterobot is a single program packed in a .7z archive. There's no installer: you download the archive made for your computer, check it if you like, and unpack it wherever you want to keep it. Pick the right archive Asterobot is published at https://asterobot.net/files/category/3-asterobot/. Open the Asterobot file there. Asterobot runs in a terminal window and opens Asteroboard in your browser as it starts. You need the program unpacked as described in Download Asterobot.
