Moves kamas in the exchange you have open, the bank included. The sign is the direction.
HOW TO SEND IT
1. AN EXCHANGE MUST BE OPEN (for the bank, after ExchangeStartedWithStorageEvent).
2. DEPOSIT: ExchangeMoveKamaRequest.quantity POSITIVE, at most the kamas you
carry.
3. WITHDRAW: quantity NEGATIVE, at most the kamas in the storage (the bank
window caps its amount box at the bank's kamas and negates the value).
4. WAIT FOR THE TOTALS. StorageKamasUpdateEvent gives the bank's new total;
after a withdrawal KamasUpdateEvent gives your new carried total first.
Both are amounts to overwrite, not changes.
OBSERVED (one session, bank): +4 was answered by StorageKamasUpdateEvent 4; -4 by
KamasUpdateEvent (carried total) and StorageKamasUpdateEvent with no value, i.e.
0.
PADDING. Builds add unread members, including a second int64 on 3.7. Fill only the recovered amount.
