One challenge of a fight (proposed, chosen or running).
HOW TO READ IT
1. Challenge.challenge_id is the challenge in the game data (name, description).
2. Challenge.xp_bonus and Challenge.drop_bonus are its two rewards, in percent;
the fight's ChallengeBonus says which of the two applies.
3. Challenge.targets are the fighters the challenge is about.
4. Challenge.state says whether it is running, completed or failed.
One declared enum member is never read by the client: ignore it.
Not sent on its own — a record carried by the challenge messages, never sent on its own. inferred
