HOW TO READ IT
1. FightReward.kamas is the kamas won.
2. Walk FightReward.loots: one FightLoot per source of loot (each defeated monster
that dropped something), with its items and alterations. To list everything won, add
up the items of every group, merging identical items by summing their quantities.
Not sent on its own — it is only ever FightResultListEntry.rewards. proven
