THIS IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF A CHARACTER ID. The id you put in
CharacterSelectionRequest must come from here - an id from another account,
another server, or an earlier session is rejected.
Each entry carries the character's look and level as well as its id, so the list is enough to choose without any further request.
