HOW TO READ IT
1. Humanoid.account_id identifies the player's ACCOUNT (not the character: the
character is the actor id of ActorPositionInformation).
2. Humanoid.alignment_information, Humanoid.gender and Humanoid.hierarchy
(ROLE_PLAYER for an ordinary player) describe the character and its account.
3. Humanoid.restrictions lists what the character may not do or undergo
(Restriction).
4. Humanoid.options is a list of HumanOption: guild, alliance, title, ornament,
emote in progress, speed... Apply every option; an option absent from the list is OFF.
5. Humanoid.mutant_information is set when the character is transformed into a
monster.
6. Ignore the empty decoy_3Type member.
